Food & Beverage

How does the All-Inclusive work for Banquets?

Banquets at Grand Velas Los Cabos are held on elegant terraces, on the beach or in the Convention Center.

Private banquet meals are part of the All-Inclusive plan for group luncheons and dinners, with menus selected from various world cuisines. Making a meal Upgrade for food and beverages is simple, as the resort has a grand variety of dishes catering to the most sophisticated palates. Banquet beverages are All-Inclusive Premium Spirits and are included in the dining plan.

For Private Banquets, the only additional mandatory fee is a Setup Charge per person, per event. Private banquet events are for 4 hours; after this time, extension fees for waiters and bartenders will be charged to the master account. Premium bars for private banquets are for 4 hours; after this time, extension fees per person, per hour, will be charged to master account.

Lunch & Dinner

Private banquet lunches or dinners for your event are included in the accommodation rates. The additional charge established in the Contract is the per-person setup fee.

Dine Around

Dine Around Option 1:

No setup fee for Dine Around with maximum of 15 people seated at two tables at the same time, in increments of 30 minutes per seating. A la carte menu.

Dine Around Option 2:

Setup fee of $15.00 USD + service charge, per person for Dine Arounds with parties over 15 people seated at two tables. Mandatory set menu. Max occupancy 2 tables.

All-inclusive premium bar

The bar for private events is for 4 hours. Prices for extended bar hours are per person, per hour and are established in this document.

Breakfast

Banquets for private events in the Convention Center have an additional per-person charge for food. Breakfast banquets in exterior areas have a per-person setup charge established in the Group Contract. The following list of prices applies to Group events to be held in 2023.

Coffee Break

Group Coffee Breaks have an additional per-person charge for food and/or beverages established in the following documents. The following list of prices applies to Group events to be held in 2023.

Box Lunch

Box lunches for Groups have an additional per-person charge for food established in the following document. The following list of prices applies to Group events to be held in 2023.

Lunch & Dinner Upgrade Menus

Plated banquet lunches and dinners from the DUO Menu, VIP Menu and Grill Menu have an additional per-person charge for food. A per-person setup fee also applies, as established in the Group Contract. The following list of prices applies to Group events to be held in 2023.

Reception Menus

Receptions in packages and the list for designing your own reception have an additional per-person charge for food. A per-person setup fee also applies, as established in the Group Contract.

Bar a La Carte

Bar a la carte for groups has an additional consumption charge for beverages established in the following document. The following list of prices applies to group events to be held in 2023.

Decoration and Furniture

Linens and decoration available for the Convention Center and exterior areas.

Furniture with Additional Charge

Stage, dance floors, lounge areas and other furniture necessary to make your event a success.

Audiovisual Equipment

Grand Velas Los Cabos offers the highest quality audio, video, lighting and decor through an in-house production company that guarantees the success of even the most elaborate agendas.

Av/ Audio / Lightning

Available audiovisual equipment for the Convention Center and exterior areas.
AV Equipment Audio packages are designed for a predetermined number of attendees.
AV Audio All events held in outdoor venues at night require appropriate lightning. Additional charges apply.
