How does the All-Inclusive work for Private Banquets?
Private events (with banquet service) at Casa Velas are held in your choice of venues, including terraces, the Ocean Club, Convention Center or gardens with beautiful views of the golf course.
Banquet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner are part of the All-Inclusive plan, with menus featuring world cuisines. Beverages for banquets are featured within a Premium International Bar and are also part of the All-Inclusive.
The only additional mandatory charge for private banquets is the per-person, per-event Setup Fee established in the Group Contract. Private banquets have a duration of four hours, after which time additional fees apply for server and bartender service. The Premium Bar for private events is available for four hours, after which time additional per-person, per-hour fees apply. Charges for extra hours of staff and Premium Bar are applied to the master account.

The bar for private events is a Premium International Bar available for four hours (the same duration as the private event). Rates for extension of bar for events are per-person, per-hour.
Furniture and Decoration
The setup fee established in the Group Contracts includes banquet furniture of the highest quality: tables and chairs, teak chairs for outdoor areas, linens, tableware, glassware, and basic centerpieces. Decoration will add a personal touch to your event (additional charges apply).

Casa Velas offers the highest quality in audio, video, lighting, and decoration equipment. through the in-house Production Company located within the Hotel premises, ensuring the success of the most demanding agendas.

The audiovisual equipment is available in the Convention Center and outdoor areas.
Audio packages are designed to meet the requirements of a certain number of attendees.
All events held outdoors at night require additional contracted lighting.

Among the exclusive activities for Groups, Golf is an excellent option as the Hotel is located within the Marina Vallarta Golf Course. This activity must be planned in advance of the Group's arrival and incurs an additional charge.
For Banquets in the Convention Center and outdoor areas, the following is the price list and options for live music.
