The Amazing Grand Velas Experience
“I’ve had two programs at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit over the past month and they’ve both gone wonderfully! The planning was very smooth because my contact. Adán is experienced, responsive and proactive. The onsite experience for the attendees has been amazing – they are so impressed with the service levels (from housekeeping to waitstaff to the concierge), the quality of the food and the luxuriousness of the suites. All of the hotel employees are taking COVID precautions very seriously and doing what’s necessary to keep their guests safe. After two weeks here with my groups, a lot of the staff feel like friends. I really hope to be back soon with other groups so that I can see my friends again and share the amazing Grand Velas experience with other clients/attendees. Thanks.”

The JB/LG program at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit Resort January 28-February 2, 2021 and was a huge success. This was probably one of the first travel programs in many months due to the COVID situation and I wanted to let you know that the Grand Velas team did an extraordinary job from start to finish. The internal sales staff’s flexibility in helping us find alternatives to our original dates and their willingness to continue to support us during this uncertain time demonstrated that Grand Velas was indeed a “true partner”. We knew the on-site logistics were going to be huge undertaking given all the new protocols and the many unknown issues we were facing. The team at the resort did an outstanding job making us feel welcome and safe while we enjoyed your magnificent property. Grand Velas Riviera Maya! Wow, I had heard about the “Grand Velas experience” but I was still blown away by the service and attention to detail. The staff here greeted me by name every time I left my suite, gave me a custom mocktail with Brightspot’s logo and colors, and pulled out all the stops with a custom AV and decor presentation, gorgeous Grand Class ocean view room, and dinner at the Cocina De Autor with a 9-course tasting menu that was truly an incredible experience in and of itself. They know the power of the little moments here and that definitely showed.
