Food & Beverage
How does the All-Inclusive work for Private Banquets?
Private events (with banquet service) at Casa Velas are held in your choice of venues, including terraces, the beach, Convention Center or gardens with beautiful views of the golf course.
Banquet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner are part of the All-Inclusive plan, with menus featuring world cuisines. Beverages for banquets are featured within a Premium International Bar and are also part of the All-Inclusive.
The only additional mandatory charge for private banquets is the per-person, per-event Setup Fee established in the Group Contract. Private banquets have a duration of four hours, after which time additional fees apply for server and bartender service. The Premium Bar for private events is available for four hours, after which time additional per-person, per-hour fees apply. Charges for extra hours of staff and Premium Bar are applied to the master account.
All-inclusive premium bar
The bar for private events is a Premium International Bar available for four hours (the same duration as the private event). Rates for extension of bar for events are per-person, per-hour.
Food and beverage amenities delivered to suites have an additional charge. Options can be found in the following document. Prices apply to Groups and Conventions visiting in 2017.
Coffee Breaks are offered at an additional per-person charge for food and beverages. Options and prices are established in the following documents and are valid for Groups and Conventions visiting in 2017.
Lunch and Dinner Menus with Upgrade
VIP menus and the list of complements have an additional per-person charge for food, as well as an additional setup fee (for private event) established in the Group Contract. The following are the menus and prices valid for Groups and Conventions visiting in 2017.
Menus for Cocktails and Reception
Cocktails and/or Receptions have an additional cost for food, indicated in the following menus and lists. An Event Setup Fee also applies, as established in the Group Contract. The following documents are valid for Groups and Conventions visiting in 2017.
Decoration and Furniture
The event arrangement fee is established in the Group Contracts, and includes the highest quality banquet furniture: tables and chairs; teakwood chairs for outdoor areas, linens, dishes, glassware and basic centerpieces. Additional décor is available at an extra charge.

Audio – Packages
Audio packages are designed to cover the requirements for specific numbers of attendees. Rates apply to group events in 2017.
Lighting – Packages
All events held in outdoor venues at night require appropriate lightning. Additional charges apply. The following rates apply to group events in 2017.
Among the exclusive activities for groups, golf is an excellent option, as the hotel is located right on the Marina Vallarta Golf Course. This activity must be planned before the group’s arrival and has an additional charge.
The following are the options and prices for live music for banquets in the Convention Center and outdoor areas.

Live music for events must be contracted through the Group Coordinator.
