Claudine has been part of the Velas Resorts family since 2010. In her role as Sales Associate Director and Regulatory Affairs within the Groups and Conventions division, she manages to efficiently guide clients throughout the negotiation and contract process securing strategies that focuses on developing mutually beneficial agreements.

Beatriz is a dynamic Regional Sales Director based in Atlanta Georgia, with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has earned a reputation for exceeding client expectations in the MICE industry, developing long term business relationships.

With over 12 years in the industry, Eloisa has ample experience in sales and customer service. Half of this period was oriented towards Tour and Travel, before dedicating her skills to the MICE industry. Eloisa has been part of Groups and Conventions at Velas Resorts since 2013.

Ruth started her career at Velas Resorts in 2017, supporting the international Group Sales team based in the US. As Junior Sales Manager, her key goal is to provide an overall exceptional service for the meetings and incentives clients search for luxurious resort alternatives in the Groups arena. Ruth is passionate about client satisfaction and has a clear vision of success, high performance and quality improvement at every turn.

Melissa has been part of Velas Resorts since 2014, with a long list of professional achievements and outstanding growth. Her client-oriented vision and ability to establish win-win negotiations have allowed her to helm the Contracting Department. Here, she ensures every contract is issued under the highest degree of care, streamlining Hotel and Client approaches and providing an efficient and satisfactory experience for all clients.

Maria joined the Corporate Contracting Department of Velas Resorts in 2018,. With more than 3 years of experience in customer service, Maria has acquired extensive knowledge to manage the contracting process and making the client's experience unique and flawless, as one of her main goals is the clients satisfaction.

With over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Aldair joined Velas Resorts in 2020 with the utmost goal of exceeding clients' expectations and assisting the Sales Directors team Based in the US. Recently promoted to Junior Sales Manager, his goal is to create memorable and tailor-made experiences for his clients, and provide attention to detail and the quality Velas Resorts stand for.

Maradeli joined Velas Resorts in 2019 and has more than 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Drawing from her extensive and professional background, Maradeli provides the highest level of support for clients that seek exceptional service, timely responses and a solid commitment to making their important programs an absolute success.

With a focus on customer satisfaction and problem solving, Ricardo moved through various roles in hotel operations and soon after in Group Sales. Since his beginnings in Velas Resorts, he has demostrated high attention to detail and providing accurate proposals, site visits planning, and overall follow up with clients.

Norma joined the Velas Resorts family in 2011, debuting in the Central Reservations and Marketing departments. She then became part of the International Groups Sales team in 2022 as Group Sales Administrative Executive. Her vast experience within the Hospitality Industry represents a tangible asset as she strives to provide our important clients in the Meetings and Incentives Division with an enjoyable experience throughout the entire sales process.
